Patricia Campbell Hearst [Born February 20,1954]now known as Patricia Hearst-Shaw, is the granddaughter of American publishing magnate William Randolph Hearst. In 1974, she was kidnapped by the left-wing terrorist group,the Symbionese Liberation Army. She was tortured and brainwashed into their cause and participating in bank robberies with them. She was found 19 months after her kidnapping by the FBI and sentenced to prison. Her sentence was commuted by President Jimmy Carter and she received a full pardon by President Bill Clinton.
